I have been coming to jiffy lube for about 6 years, instead of going to my dealership. Just love the staff, very professional. I recently went to the annapolis branch for my air conditioning, they told me to come back the next day because I came in to late. This was a Wednesday, I came back the following Saturday. I was charged 180.00 for labor in 30 minutes, and they told me that it was the climate control, they called acura, and the part store was closed due to the memorial day holiday. They told me that they would call me after they got the parts, I called back on Wednesday and they told me that guy I spoke to was our sick. Like no one else could call and check. And I would have to wait until the following week, when he got back. I would appreciate a call from your headquarters, I am highly unsatisfied with this service.

I’m a firm believer in the simple view that if I have to pay, so your job! Too many places nowadays seem to have a different reality. This particular location is old school. They get things done. I pass many other locations of the same brand because the products are the same but the people are not. This location has great people. They make the travel worth it for me. I have not been disappointed once in over 14 years and different vehicles.

Service is fine, but why does Jiffy Lube have coupons online that are not honored at the dealer?

I asked the gentleman to check the air filter in the engine compartment. He showed me the filter and said it was still fine and then he brought the cabin filter in and it was a little dirty and had been chewed on by a mouse. He asked me if I wanted it changed, I agreed, but no price was told to me and I was shocked at the $69.99 price tag on something that I could have bought for a lot less and installed myself easily. I know it's located in the glove box and it's not that difficult to change. I would never agreed if I would've known the price. I think that should've been stated clearly when he was asking me if I wanted it changed and of course I didn't ask. I just assumed it was not going to be such a ridiculous price for very little labor involved.

you damaged my driveway because you failed to tighten up the oil filter you acknowledge the mistake, and try to pressure wash it by sending out a company and it didn’t work. I had just paid the driveway and spent $50,000 to do so so . I should never have to pay ability if you live again for the rest of my life or I should’ve just taken it to court.

Was told the full synthetic out change was $99.99.
When I paid the bill it was approx $130! I told
the manager about the discrepancy and he said that the prices changed and that all employees don’t know the price once changed. I said that’s his job to train them to know what the price is when a customer asked.
I was then at that time told the 0-20 W oil was extra. I also paid approx $14 for the oil filter.
I have never in my life had to pay extra for an oil filter on an oil change.
I won’t go back.

There are several reasons I will not use the Annapolis Jiffy lube again. 1. Was told my vehicle would be vacuumed- it wasn’t. 2. Was told the windows would be washed -they weren’t. 3. Was charged $135 for an oil change - that’s robbery in my opinion. $70 in oil and filter and $65 in labor for 15 minutes of work …. that’s equivalent to $260/hour. Never again.

I have been dealing with this particular Jiffy Lube for many years and I have always been impressed with the professionalism, expertise and courtesy of everyone in the shop.
They are not pushy about things needed on the vehicle but they do explain everything of how it could affect the car if not performed in a timely manner. They are also very good about giving you quotes for work you requested at this time of service and/or other things needed. The owner is a great guy and very understanding of any and all questions you may have.

Speed though the confidence will tell as the period service passes. Some service is absorbinate in cost, ie air filters, wiper blades and he small items one can do on their own.

Fast professional too!

I pay a fortune for an oil change every 5000 miles and the so called courtesy service items such as check and fill the tires and wash the windshield are not done, once again. I have a slow leak in the right rear tire that I have to address every three days. Within an hour of pulling out of the lot the low inflation light came on. Tells me that tires were not checked and properly inflated as stated on the receipt. The windshield was just as dirty as when I pulled in for service. So not done as stated. And to top it all off the incorrect “in mileage” was stated on the receipt (off by 5000 miles) thus the return service mileage is incorrect on the reminder sticker on the windshield. Not major items but when you pay $117 for service you expect to get the service.
