I always receive great service at this location. This is why I keep going back and now has my co-workers who are close by go there as well.
The last time I went, they checked my filters—the cabin filter and the engine filter—and because I didn’t replace them, they left the covers off to the side. They should have put them back on. Also, you sent me an email reminding me about my oil change, and it included a $25 coupon, but the guy on the invoice told me it didn’t apply to my discount. You should be more professional.
They did fine but they put the setting for oil change notification at 3000 after I told them to put it at the manufacturers recommendation which was 6000. When I drove back to ask them to change it, I waited 10 minutes. She set it at 5000 and refused to fix the problem. I let her know that Subaru said 6000 miles and she snidely said they weren’t Subaru. She was a tattooed lady who took a long time to just get a sticker and never adjusted the notification. I will never go back to the Jiffy Lube in Laurel again.
Engine oil light keeps turning on and off.
They missed a brake light that was out. Their assessment should have detected the light out, but it didn't. They also would only allow me to use one coupon.
Great and fast service
The undercarriage of my car was mot secured after completing my oil change. As a result the undercarriage was damaged and will need replacement. I was stranded driving after the undercarriage dropped partially prevented the car from driving.
I am not happy about this situation
I reallly enjoyed talking with the friendly employees while waiting for my car work to be completed.
Costs are very expensive. Windows were not done properly. Many smears. The manager gave me a discount. I wish it was more. The cost was over $400.00. I was not happy. R Tucci

Ny windows nor my carpets were cleaned. Every time I go in, there seems to be more work to be done.
I received a scratch on my vehicle that was not there when I drove in. Even though they tried to use creams to remove it and asked that I return the next day, I don't live around the corner from the and it was out of my way and went against the time I had to give to them after it took me 4 hours or more on the first visit. I am not sure I will be returning. I use to go there years prior and sometimes was always an issue after leaving. And now I have a scratch on my door after paying also $2000 for the work I had done
My Jiffy Lube has all my records from the past 7 years and keeps track of the services I've had and the services that are recommended. They take the time to explain them to me even if I don't take them up on them.
The service was rendered but I was told I needed to do some work on my car which I can’t do that day I was expecting it to show on the paperwork they gave to me so I can tell my husband tell me why it was not on it I even ask 2 different guys and they told it was email to me while they did not do so.Well I will appreciate if it can be email to me

Service, was lousy when it came to vacuuming. They left an empty cup and a napkin on the floor and didn't pick it up or vacuum under them. $100 oil change, overcharged, oh but we vacuum NOT! THEY WERE NOT BUSY I WAS THE ONLY CAR THERE.
The customer service team was good
Don't love the upselling for services we might or might not need. Car was finished quickly so that was a plus. The windshield was definitely not washed and there were black marks all over our door handles. That was pretty gross.

I like jiffy lube when it comes to getting oil changes but, for anything else I realize I have to go else where. Jiffy line is the only place i went to for tire service but for some reason I now need a tire rotation and my lug nuts were missing. All but the lock. i had to go purchase a new set. This almost happen before until i checked and they had to go get them. I unfortunately, didn’t check last time they did service up until i need a tire rotation. I also spent over 500.00 last year for some service and still had the same issue going on. I got rid of that car since then because i refused to spend more money somewhere else for an issue Jiffy charged me to fix and nothing was fixed. However, outside of oil changes I won’t have them do any other service to my vehicles.

Professional, efficient and customer service oriented
I had my A/C recharged prior to a trip to NJ from MD. On the way back from New Jersey, the A/C went out. I had to take time to take the vehicle back to Jiffy Lude of Laurel. They were very apologetic and recharged the A/C again. I am still assessing whether the A/C is working as expected. That is why I rated it a 5. Please ask me to rate Jiffy Lube in a month.
The tech answered my questions, made suggestions but with no pressure. Always been satisfied at this Jiffy Lubr for many years!
Listen to the customer and not go back-and-forth with them. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for a long time, and this was the worst service I ever hate. The problem was fixed, but still need a list to the customer.
It was extremely disorganized, the team members had no clue what the others was doing when working on my car. My inside of my car wasn’t vacuum well. They laid down my passenger seat didn’t vacuum, never returned to the upright position. They didn’t ask me what type of oil I wanted. They just awesome I wanted the same old conventional oil. When I spoke to the Store Manager he act like he didn’t care. Poor leadership at this location…
