I went into the Oxon Hill location for a simple, quick oil change. While waiting, some to the staff were hanging outside, by the fence smoking weed.....they called me inside and showed me my air filter and the cabin filter recommending they needed to be changed, in addition to my car needing 5.9 quarts of oil with an additional fee vs 6 quarts.
I was very upset that they removed my filters and they said it goes with a regular oil change. I refused to replace the filters and wanted to see when in the past have I received 5.9 vs 6 quarts of oil. The front desk lady could only see dates of service but no service details....
At this point I'm frustrated with the unprofessionalism, the fact that they were getting high and working on my car. After I pulled off, the sticker they put on the windshield didn't match my mileage or tag number.....so they apparently put mine in someone else's vehicle and theirs in my vehicle.
I will never, ever go back to this particular Jiffy Lube and probably not any. Jiffy Lube needs to be more particular in their hiring process, with background, drug test and auto mechanic experience.
I got an oil change and was told that my fluids would be topped off only to find that was a lie. Later my gage was moving all over the place because I needed antifreeze. And I also didn't have any wiper fluid. They are so busy trying to see how much money they can get they don't even give me what I paid for. I don't even know if they really changed the oil.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Would NOT recommend.

I was told would receive receipt via email for services received on 5/22/26 (around 5 pm). DId not receive, so I called that same evening to state this and the young lady told me to come back the next day anytime to get my receipt. I went back the next morning, gentleman told me I would have to wait until monday. I said no, I was told I could come back today, Jiffy Lube took money out of my account and I want my receipt. He sat at computer asked me my phone number and printed out my receipt. Upon reading my receipt it stated that it was vacuumed and Jiffy did not do it. I didnt like the manner in which I was spoken to by the gentleman, I said thank you and have a bless day. No, i won't be back and will not recommend Jiffy lube to anyone.

The service was fast and the workers polite. What does another doctor look like you? How are you doing last year when you used to see me I had someone with me called these to write the type of everything while we were talking so it would create a note in your chart and now it’s 2026 like everything else they have AI application OK so what are we doing? OK I wanted you to review my medicine and see if I’m doing anything wrong because I’m like I can’t walk for a little bit now. I have back pain. How long has that been going on I’ll say a couple of months so those things I’m taking off not prescribed so I wanna know am I doing something wrong so tell me more about the shortness I walk to exercise you start walking and you become shorter right after how long like a block really I wish it was that far and I got chest pain, lightheaded tingling in your arm. Do you have a history of any lung disease no asthma COPD like that that cigarettes or did you smoke cigarettes smoke marijuana a lot but I’ve done. Is there anything going on in your live when you were construction you know anything like that is a construction town I live right there by the subway on Cal Alabama is the construction for a while. Sister spray weather change so how long has this been going on for a couple months two months nap was happening last summer. No one happening over the winter it was happening. It started in the winter so before it started before the construction, yeah might’ve been let me take a look any swelling in your ankles stand up. Take that because it’s my kidney disease gabapentin 300 mg right when I’m as needed insulin glaring 50 units at insulin Lispro 15 units before have been before your meal metformin 500 mg a statin 40 mg for your cholesterol losartan 100 mg for blood pressure pressure amlodipine 10 mg for blood pressure you still using the Accu to check your. I’m gonna take you use your continuous glucose monitor still taking that little potassium supplement. Flexeril stopped and then fluticasone for your nose for seasonal allergies. I’m just gonna take this for a second so I can write it all down then come back. She’s gonna come back here. Do the EKG on you got another question I wanna ask New if I met you, but it be so constipated I didn’t take mag I miserable so I start it so I’ll order it and see but you know it’s a new pill not a pill man all of them were in the same category and they pay for it. If you used taking metformin I’m asking about the metformin that gave me you were unable to the bus criteria if you are unable to tolerate your blood sugar is still uncontrolled so that you may be able so what were you taking before Ozempic once a week?
Never again customer service wasn't #1 they didn't put any back the way it was presented to them.

I had to return after my oil change because the low oil light came. The service tech checked the oil and immediately refilled the oil tank and topped off the washer fluid which should have already been done. I asked if someone forgot to put all in the car to which he responded (He told me my car may need a service because it’s burning oil). I told him my car is well maintained and had just been serviced. I left drove to Waldorf for dinner and on the way back the low oil light came on AGAIN. My car started smoking! It was at this point I noticed oil was leaking from under the car, which was not the case when I brought it in. I believe someone failed to secure the oil plug which allowed the oil to leak out quickly. I’m sitting here now trying to figure out how to get my car to the shop. Initially, my only complaint was that I would have to PAY for a printed copy of my receipt because Jiffy Lube only provides email copies. Now this! I’m just praying this mistake and the tech failure to pull my car into the service bay to do basic quality assurance checks to ensure nothing was leaking hasn’t caused irreversible damage to my engine. It also looks like they used a Synthetic blend when I paid for full synthetic oil. This should never HAPPEN!

Was not given or offered a hard copy of the receipt for services. I would like a hard copy so I can see the immediate proof of work done. I'm going to return to my dealership for services offered by Jiffy Lube.
