I had to return after my oil change because the low oil light came. The service tech checked the oil and immediately refilled the oil tank and topped off the washer fluid which should have already been done. I asked if someone forgot to put all in the car to which he responded (He told me my car may need a service because it’s burning oil). I told him my car is well maintained and had just been serviced. I left drove to Waldorf for dinner and on the way back the low oil light came on AGAIN. My car started smoking! It was at this point I noticed oil was leaking from under the car, which was not the case when I brought it in. I believe someone failed to secure the oil plug which allowed the oil to leak out quickly. I’m sitting here now trying to figure out how to get my car to the shop. Initially, my only complaint was that I would have to PAY for a printed copy of my receipt because Jiffy Lube only provides email copies. Now this! I’m just praying this mistake and the tech failure to pull my car into the service bay to do basic quality assurance checks to ensure nothing was leaking hasn’t caused irreversible damage to my engine. It also looks like they used a Synthetic blend when I paid for full synthetic oil. This should never HAPPEN!

Professional staff, excellent customer service
Bad break job yesterday left me and my nephew stranded on the side of the highway. The manager wasn’t supportive when I called, and it took 2 hours for a tow truck to arrive. Towed back to Jiffy Lube, who were not able to fully fix, so they kept my car overnight and I had to get someone to pick us up.
At the point, I’d like a full refund!

The team was great. The service was fast. I didn't like that the receipt was to be received by email. Unfortunately I never received my receipt. I returned the next day to inquire. I was told that the Internet was down at the time and that I would not get a receipt. I found that unacceptable.

I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I recently had at one of your Jiffy Lube service locations.
I visited the location for routine oil change . After leaving the facility and driving approximately thirty minutes away, I began to hear and feel a severe dragging noise underneath my vehicle. When I stopped to check, I discovered that the drip pan had not been properly replaced after the service and was hanging and dragging beneath my car.
This created a very unsafe situation. I was genuinely concerned that the pan might detach while driving, potentially damaging my vehicle or creating a hazard for other drivers on the road. I did not feel safe continuing to drive my vehicle in that condition.
I immediately called the Jiffy Lube location to report the issue. Initially, I was told that they had no record of my vehicle being serviced that day. I remembered the staff members I interacted with and mentioned them by name. The employee confirmed that those individuals worked there but still stated they could not find my record and asked if I was certain I had visited the correct location.
After I assured them I had been at the correct location, they asked me to return before closing, which was less than an hour away. This forced me to stop my shopping, change my schedule, and drive back to the shop while still concerned about the safety of my vehicle.
When I returned, the staff located my paperwork and explained that it had been at the bottom of the pile. They then corrected the issue and reattached the drip pan.
Although the issue was fixed, the situation was inconvenient and, more importantly, unsafe. A basic step in the service process was missed, which left me driving a vehicle that had not been properly reassembled.
I was offered 50 percent off my next service. However, given the seriousness of the situation and the safety concerns involved, I do not feel that this offer adequately addresses the problem or the inconvenience and distress it caused.
I had originally planned to return to this location for brake service. However, this experience and the level of carelessness involved have made me hesitant to trust the quality and safety of the work performed there.
Customers should not leave a service facility with a vehicle that has been improperly reassembled, especially when the oversight could create a road hazard. I would appreciate a response regarding how Jiffy Lube intends to address this situation and ensure this type of incident does not occur again.

DISAPPOINTED: I came in for a top off on my way to a basketball game in Baltimore. Attendant (lady) said I was to close to my next service and they would have to charge me!? (She may have checked with her manager). Nonetheless I agreed as i was in a hurry.
After 2 quarts the young man said it was still low. The lady said we need to charge you and add 2 more quarts. I said forget it and let me go. From my perspective it was BAD service to a recurring customer who was short on time and forced to pay for a top off of blend. I wont go to that stroe in future and may shop for better deals.

Yeah, I changed so much. I don’t clean the windows no more you don’t vacuum the floors. You just change the oil and throw them out and throw us out. They don’t beat you by your name.
