I came in for an oil change that was supposed to cost $100 I ended up spending $270 because the wipers and cabin filter and air filter was replaced. The technician came into the waiting area showed me the filters and asked me if I wanted get rid of them so I said sure. When I received the bill I saw how much I was charged and immediately wanted a refund because I was paying entirely too much.
It took over an hour for an oil change, and they didn’t have the correct filter for my car and then when they were done, they failed to put the cover back on the interior cabin air filter, which I did myself
Not ready in a jiffy. I was there 45 minutes to do an oil change as is usual. People very pleasant and accomodating.

They provided wrong type oil change and asked me to pay the higher amount. The receipt has different charges we didn't even know about. This is not the first time this has happened. Another time I took perfectly running car for an oil change. Then they could not start the car and then I ended up paying Over $500 dollars to get it fixed. I do not have any confidence to taking the car at this place again.

The upselling is off putting. It makes me not trust anything i’m told. I was told I need spark plugs but they were just done last year, & with me driving less than 15k miles yearly, there’s no way I need them this soon. I was also told a gasket was leaking & when I started asking questions about it, he told me “it was wet there”.
They are quick to deliver services and you don't need to book an appointment. Just show up during their working hours.

I've been using Jiffy Lube for many years and have been quite satisfied with the service, until my last visit. My rear Tire Pressure Sensors (TPMS) were replaced. The following morning when I was about to get into my car, I looked at my tires and noticed both rear tires were totally flat. It's been about 20 years since I've had a flat tire; so I was pretty shocked. It's a good thing that I had access to a portable tire compressor. My wife called Jiffy Lube and explained to them what happened while I was outside inflating the tires. The whole situation just messed up my plans for that day. When I returned to Jiffy Lube I didn't receive the type of reaction that I expected. I expected either the manager or the technician who work on my car to approach me and personally apologize for the problem I experienced and my inconvenience; but that didn't happen. After a while had passed I saw the tech pull my car out of the bay area for testing, I approached him and asked him what was the problem. He replied with "Yesterday I put the sensors on backwards but they are on correctly now". I don't recall him ever apologizing. I feel I deserve some kind of compensation for Jiffy Lube's mistake and my inconvenience.
