The people at the North Area Y are wonderful, but the facility needs updating. Floors in the group exercise room and hallway are worn and could use a good cleaning. Several water fountains/bottle fillers need replacing. I don't use the pool or locker room, but imagine some updating in those areas are needed.

This Y is very clean and has a lot of great facilities and equipment.

Your pickleball courts and nets are better than others, I love Debby's Tuesday and Thursday strength and cardio classes, the Machines are plentiful and everything is neat and clean

Enforce the rules set in place such as no sandals or bags in the Fitness center

Referring to the North Area Y: it needs more TLC. Takes too long to repair or replace broken items (clock in pool area, hair dryer in women’s locker room etc). Women’s shower area is not clean. Ever.
Love the staff. Love fellow members. Love the pool/aqua classes and instructors.

I swim and use the E gym at the North Area Y. I love the pool and I love the staff and I love the E gym. The showers leave something to be desired. There is mold and mildew around the bottoms on the floor and in the corners. It’s not pleasant.

The staff are always helpful and friendly! The aquatic staff are exceptional! I enjoy all the classes offered.

I think the structure itself especially the locker rooms need an upgrade

I like the pool, the steam room, the pickleball courts and the complimentary coffee.

I love the aquatic fitness classes, especially with Mary Ellen. She does an excellent job explaining the different movements. I tried NW, but the classes were large and filled quickly, leaving me shut out. I much prefer NorthArea.

I’ve only been a member for a few months. I’m 80 years old and go to the facility to swim.The building is clean , the staff is friendly and professional, including the lifeguards. I always feel comfortable and welcomed😊 Moira Irons

Sometimes it is too hot for the kids outside.

I have questioned the rate charges several times and always get the runaround..I would not recommend to other foster families because of this

pool and kid climbing equipment were great. Childwatch was good. Private swim instructor for 3 year old was great!

Staff is always very friendly and outgoing.

Love the director staff but not a huge fan of the staff that takes care of the kiddos.. lots of yelling. Kids were overstimulated almost everyday.

Excellent programs, for all ages. Well staffed, clean locker rooms.

It is a nice Ymca to go swimming.

It’s convenient, clean and I like the morning schedules.

I was very happy that swimming lessons were included with the week of camp.
