Your water aerobic classes are great My only problem is that the bottom of the lazy river never seems clean. There is always seems to be slime on the bottom in spots. Doesn’t seem to ever be cleaned even when they do deep cleaning

It is a great place. So many things to do. That track up stairs is so beneficial to me. If I get a hard workout with the weights I can get a good cardio workout on the track.

The EGym - art classes - variety

I love all the wonderful people that work there and people I meet there. There is only one problem that a lot of women are upset about is how dirty the showers are and lockers. It would be nice if someone could scrub the walls and floors of showers and clean the lockers. I myself love going to the y a few times a day

It would be amazing if there was maybe 2 or 3 week days where you opened at 5. So hard when so many healthcare hobs require you to be there at 630! Most people I know to recommend leave for work at 6am.

i have never been to Northwest Family YMCA,
However I go to East Area Family YMCA almost every day.
If your anything like them, I would give you a 10

Very nice place clean friendly staff and a lot to offer.

The staff is very friendly. I really utilize the Y for indoor pickleball for the most part early mornings and have been disappointed with the cleanliness of the courts. Often there are wrappers, bottles food(candy, chips, protein type bars left on floors, benches etc. The courts are rarely swept and pose danger for slippping and falling. The nets are the biggest issue. There is no place to store them and they are damaged beyond repair. I’m not sure how the damage is occurring the steel bases are bent, the crank handle broken off preventing the net to be tightened. Torn and tattered.

The art programs are wonderful particularly wheel throwing classes!

The facility is excellent. The number and variety of classes is excellent. I especially enjoy the Egym and the water exercise classes. My only complaint is the quality of some of the water instructors. While some are terrific and make the classes fun, some are boring and repetitive, no matter how different the class description is. However, I realize how difficult it has to be to find instructors for all the classes at all the times of the day they are scheduled. All in all, I'm very pleased with the overall quality of the Northwest Family Y.

It costs too much for single people and then classes cost money on top of that. Families get a much better deal than singles. I also think the cost for people 55+ should be less. In the summer, the pool is being used by campers, so it greatly limits our use.

I love the art studio. It provides me with the opportunity to take lessons in pottery that I haven't had before. There are other places where I could take lessons but are not affordable.

I love the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

Weight room and track

Friendly and relaxing environment. Great people who welcome you with a smile. Many activities.

I really love that the Y has a mix of exercise machines and spaces for creativity. Well done!

It is a great place to help stay healthy and meet new people.

I enjoyed the exercises classes that I paid extra for. Well worth the money. I also really enjoy the pool.

The setup is great. The only thing I wish is that there would be changing stalls in the women's locker room. I ou could take out the last banknotes lockers and make stalls where each one would have a bench, a couple of hooks and a curtain. Thus one could change in privacy.

The Northwest YMCA is wonderful. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

On the online class reservation, it opens on Fri 8:30 to reserve water classes the following week .. there are still
Some 9:30 classes we have to wait until 9:30 to register it would be easier to do them all at the same time.
