Everybody there is so friendly and helpful. It is my go to place. I have been in the best shape of my life. The hours are wonderful. And i really enjoy going there.

Great pools, clean, warm family pool, the poll for laps always seem to have room, love the sauna!

The Northwest YMCA is a very friendly, clean and highly supports all generations with their various programs. The Art Studio, for me, Ceramics, has been on going for 9 years. I love having the indoor track available too!

The price has continually gone up and the hours have gotten less.

The Northwest Family YMCA is the most welcoming place for all. I very much appreciate all the availability for lap swimming. The change to 6 lane availability has made a big difference. The lifeguards are fantastic. I love walking into the Y and being greeted so warmly.

The Nortwest YMCA is very nice & clean, inside. The people at the front desk are knowledgeable & helpful when we gav es questions. I enjoy the Gentle Yoga class with Sybil, & the coffee area is relaxing after working out.

I don't like your new swim schedule I like the old one better. Your day camp gets priority all summer long.

Cleanliness good staff love the basketball league but fix scoreboards

Therapy pool is a spacious area for beginner swimmers to practice and gain confidence. Facility is clean. Sauna is wonderful. Feels like going to a spa

Foam rollers near the basketball court need to be replaced. The items lost its firmness and stains are over it due to its excess use. Have spoken about this before.

There are a lot of snowbirds. It would be make sense to allow members to put their membership on hold while they are out of state for the winter months. 3 months just isn’t long enough.

I love walking in the lazy river

I only use the Y for lap swimming and am a little disturbed by the policies that appear to be restrictive to that activity. Three lanes are closed and three lanes open to lap swimming on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 am. Down to 4 lanes on Wednesday at 7:00 am. From here on out a school swim team and coach take over several lanes in the early hours, don't schools have pools? Therefore I would be hesitant to recommend this Y for lap swimming. Other than that Northwest is a nice facility

Loved it! One thing I've brought up a bunch of times is for the aquatics area/sauna. The cell phone use is startling. I love enjoying the sauna after swimming and would love to relax. But there are so many dudes on their phones and don't have them aimed down. I'm worried they are taking my photo especially if I let my guard down. This is a constant issue. It's giving perv vibes- yikes! I am certain that's not the vibe anyone is going for there but it would be great if someone would actually address it or lifeguards would tell people to put their phones aimed at the floor or something. Please please please fix this. Everything else is lovely. Mary Vertigan and Aurora are also the best!

I love the aquatic pool, especially the lap lanes where I swim 3x per week.

I feel all the staff there is very friendly. They all seem to be able to help with any questions, and if they don't know, they go and ask someone else! They areas are kept clean and tidy. They are very professional acting, but very friendly.

I love the aqua fitness classes, the sauna, the 3 lane track, and am looking forward to the art classes this fall. I may start using the e-gym circuit that some of my family seems to enjoy. Easy way to keep the muscle on as I continue on my weight loss journey.
