During the ordering of a rental, there was a mistake made and two items wear accidentally purchased instead or rented. The location would not reverse the transaction to change to a rental. I’m very unhappy and dissatisfied.

Unknown charges on my credit card make me want to not do business with you again. Perhaps sending an invoice would be appropriate.

Your Customer Service is very good and helpful. You need to figure out a better way though to pack and ship the garments as all of the garments in our wedding party arrived extremely wrinkled and with some hem issues! And while your team was extremely nice in trying to correct the issues, all of the replacement shipments also arrived in poor condition. I’m not sure I could recommend Friar Tux.

The rental experience was easy and stress free. Phone operator very courteous discussing shipment of items that were not perfect fit. Will definitely rent again. One point less as the jacket that was ordered as Regular turned out to be available in Slim only

We rented a suit and it was cut small, they sent a new suit and had it shipped directly to the hotel. The suit was made of high quality material. I would highly recommend this company and I will order from them again in the future.

The jacket was way too massive, not my measurements at all, the belly was huge and the shoulders were small. Not everyone is overweight so maybe have a variety of suit jackets that fit really strong handsome guys like me.

The shoes were unbearable. I changed out of them as soon as possible. They felt like they were constantly trying to beat up my ankles. I’ve never worn a more plastic feeling shoe. Everything else was great. Solid suits. Would recommend if they had different shoes.

Suit came very wrinkled, had to have it dry cleaned just to wear it. Jacket, shirt & pants all wrinkled. Also the rush to return is annoying.

Ordering over the phone was very easy. The suit arrived on time and was a high quality suit. My son looked great and we were pleased. Return by mail was as easy as dropping it off at UPS.

Not able to purchase the suits we needed. Claimed they were not available. We purchased the ties to match the wedding party but had to go elsewhere to buy the suits. Not everyone wants to long distance rent a suit. Not everyone perfectly fits a suit. Some people want to buy so the suit can be altered to fit.

My process was smooth and I appreciated how a replacement for my pants was quickly shipped, but I just feel as though it is best to visit a place that can fit you first to avoid any need for ordering a replacement/banking on shipping to get there in time — it is nothing against Friar Tux at all! I would still recommend if it was necessary.

I liked the process. It was easy and convenient. I had some confusion at the start when I entered my true measurements and different ones were recommended. This resulted on a tux which was slightly ilfitting, but really just slightly. The pants were the biggest problem for me as for most other people in our party—everyone seemed to be constantly hiking up their pants and returning their shirts. Maybe an option for suspenders could help with this risk. Ultimately, I was least pleased with the fit but really liked the service.

Friar Tux was so easy to work with! Communication was on point, and no detail was missed. When we had a small issue of sizing for the groom, I called and literally same day the new jacket was shipped. Good communication is key in my book, so 5 stars all the way from me.

The tux fit perfectly. It was easy to order and return. And the quality was amazing. Even the shoes fit perfectly, and I danced up a storm.

Tie was rental only. No option to buy. Weird that the whole suit is for purchase except for the tie. Seems like trouble on the consumer to purchase and like there are just rental issue s brewing

Also pants were sent with no hem and no warning. Communication on this would have been useful and save from expenses after measurements were entered.

Selecting a suit without actually being able to try it on was a bit challenging. The suit arrived and the pants and shirt didn’t fit properly even though I followed the fitting instructions. Classic, modern, slim and fitted options can be tough based on how the manufacturer cuts the suit and shirt. Anyway, I talked to customer service and we talked through my specific issues and she was able to send me shirt and pants replacements that fit much better. At the end of the day it worked and I was happy. Returning the garments was a breeze.
It would be nice if there were a network of suits stores around the US where we could try on the actual suit we were renting so we could get it fit properly the first time. It’s a logistical challenge but just a thought.

This years for the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever had on my feet. I’ve even walked on class and had a better experience. After three days, my ankle still hurt.
The fabric of the suit is not the quality I was hoping for. It was very expensive suit and very low quality fabric. Wrinkles very fast. I put in zero, and it will not let me submit. I will not be recommending this company.

For a similar price per rental, other tux rental companies offer better promotions. For example, after my wedding I was awarded a 500 dollar shopping spree at the rental location.

Difficult to size everyone and main issue was when something didn’t fit the friar tux team wasn’t much help in guiding on what needs to be changed to make it fit better.

I was in between sizes, and they sent two suits so that I could pick the one that fit best.

Suits were good, nice value, sizing worked well. Only complaint was we had to rent and return the ties instead of purchase, which seemed like a hassle for the groom to deal with on his wedding night.

The tux arrived and was a perfect fit. This was my first time using this company. Actually, this was my first time ever having a tux mailed to me. However, I will definitely use Friar Tux again.

The suit fit incredibly well out of the box and the materials were comfortable and I didnt feel too hot or cold in them. The shoes were great for dancing and standing. The belt was well made and stylish.
