Both jackets were wrong. When we spoke with your rep to replace the first one we needed one size larger in REGULAR cut. But instead we received a SLIM cut again too late to replace it.

An address change and a sizing change both needed to be made between the order and the event. It goes a long way when customer service answers emails and calls with promptness and without robot calls. All was resolved with no pressure and for that reason it is a superior experience compared to nearly everything else these days.
The fit is generic and a standard xl does not fit me in a dress shirt. For over $200 I’d expect a tailored fit shirt.
As the father of the bride I was supposed to be renting a tuxedo. I called and spoke with Cody when a brand new, tags still attached, tux arrived. I was told I purchased, not rented a tux. Never intended or wanted to purchase a tux and was told I either had to pay for another tux rental and return the one I purchased, or return the one I purchased and once received a rental would be sent to me. With only two weeks before the wedding, and fearful of Friar Tux making another mistake I kept the one I never intended to purchase vs risking not having one on my daughter’s wedding day. I asked Cody to have his boss call me back and a month later still haven’t heard from anyone. I wouldn’t use, or recommend Friar Tux to anyone

Friar Tux had my tux order for my wedding (I am the groom) for over 4 months. 2 weeks before the wedding they told me they were out of stock on my vest so they sent me a size larger which fit me like a blimp. They told me to take it to a tailor and they would reimburse me. The cost for a tailor to rush the fix for my wedding day was $130 and all FT gave me back was $60. So their screw up COST ME $70 to fix. This is absolutely absurd for a suit company to put on the groom of the wedding. They had one job and completely failed. Not only am I never using them again but my wife has told her dress store (who recommended them to us) to stop recommending them. Completely unacceptable service and resolution.
It was a bit pricey for just being a rental.

I wish you would ship to Alaska. We had to send it to a relative in lower 48 and they shipped it to Alaska.
While customer service was very helpful, only having slim fit was a challenge. I normally wear 44 Regular and had to go with a 48 in order to get into the suit. Then the vest was to big and didn't have an adjustment to tighten. Had a had a time getting my calves through the pants, it was very tight.
Our consultant was excellent! He helped us with measuring and ordering. The suit looked great and everything arrived on time. Returning was also easy. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was great for our wedding party. Everything fit except for one groomsmen and he got it fixed very quickly. No complaints!
My rented clothes were delivered ~2 weeks before my event, which gave me plenty of time to make sure everything fit. The clothes fit perfectly and were very high quality and clean looking. Returning the clothes was also very easy and streamlined.
