Easy to get different sizes

It was very easy to order. Got a replacement size in time for event, return was also easy.

The suit fit great and looked awesome, but there was no option to buy the whole thing. I would have preferred to purchase a whole suit or at least have the option to.

I thought the service and quick delivery delivery was great!! the suits looked great, but just like any other suit you should get it tailored before your event!! If i ever get married I will probably end up going with Friar Tux!!

The process of ordering and returning the tuxedos was simple and convenient. When I needed to talk with a representative to order for a youth size, the customer service was fantastic. The representative was straightforward, patient, and very helpful.

I was unable to alter my order in the slightest way including something as simple as socks without having to get the Groom to either go down to a location or call in and give permission. This wouldn't have been so bad if it happened one time but every time we made one change to the order that was supposed to be for one individual, it was applied to all groomsmen and took another call from the Groom to fix it. I had to call in 3 separate times to alter the order and the Groom had to call or visit a location more than that. After placing my order with the Groom on the phone with me, my order was then held for several weeks because of a $20 difference between buying and renting a shirt. I was not informed of this difference through any means until 2 weeks before the wedding I was contacted and told that my order was on hold and that the shirt I was buying specifically for the wedding was not in stock so I would be sent a rental and receive the one I bought after the wedding. I called and explained the whole situation and was refunded for the shirt so that situation was remedied but the whole process was confusing and cumbersome and placed unnecessary strain on the Bride and Groom which makes me unlikely to recommend Friar Tux to a friend in the future.

I didn’t want the shoes but you forced me to order anyway.

Friar tux was awesome for my wedding. They had a wide selection of styles, were super helpful in the selection process and answered any questions I had with a quick phone call. One of my groomsmen decided to go with them for his wedding after renting from friar tux for my wedding!

Most convenient Tux rental I’ve ever gotten. Right to my door to wear, and right into a pre-labeled bag to return. On top of that the quality was well above what I expected, better than the in person rental I’ve gotten before.

I had a great looking and fitting suit for my wedding! I ordered from a different state and the initial suit didn’t fit. I called customer service and they worked with me to get the right fit, and sent the new one right away, which fit perfect. Since my wedding was out of state, they worked with me on extending my rental so I didn’t get charged additional fees. Highly recommend Friar Tux for your suit rental!
