Your we-site is miss leading, ordered item that was no longer in your inventory and you decided for me to choose another item instead without notifying me. I spoke with a couple of your rep's, I was on hold forever and they said they needed to talk with a supervisor. Finally told me It's no longer in stock and not even local stores in Las Vegas carry the item any longer. so I'm stuck with a shirt that I don't like and, the shirt that I ordered is still on your web-site showing that it's available.

Arrived well in advance of my event. Everything arrived in great condition. Return process was also great it was not rushed allowing a few days for the return.

The process was relatively easy; the entire suit (pants/jacket) fit well. I had a minor issue with one sleeve and it was handled/fixed before I left for wedding. (Seamless?!)

The ordering process was more or less straight forward and the onboarding staff was genuinely helpful. The challenges came with payment, editing, and general ease of communication.

I could not pay for my wedding parties suits online, which seemed inconvenient and outdated.
I could not edit my own "looks" once they had been entered, this also seems like a limitation. In order to make changes, it took emailing customer service and a few days of waiting until I could see a change or take action on that change.

Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the suits, however the process from start to finish could use refinement.

Customer service was excellent. Very knowledgeable about how to size my 13 and 15 year old boys whose bodies are not yet standard adult sizes. Had to make several returns and exchanges to find the right size but they were super easy and free. In the end they looked fantastic in their sister’s wedding!

Honestly, all night it went well. I would just recommend that you tighten up the inseam on the legs on the thicker part going up to the torso and tighten up the waist

My pants had a small rip just beneath the zipper. I didn’t notice during the try on since I was checking for fit. However it grew throughout the wedding day. It was absolutely humiliating to be at my family’s wedding and have ripped pants. I will never use Friar Tux again

Very easy and accurate measurement suggestions. Customer service was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The process of obtaining the suit was great and straightforward, but many members of my party had the wrong tie delivered. The return window is also ridiculously short, Especially if you're traveling for a wedding.

I live out of town, and the Groom had booked Friar Tux for his groomsmen to rent or buy the suits. Their system for measuring worked well and they shipped the suit to my home well before the wedding just in case alterations would be needed. The suit fit perfect and

Sizing wasnt quite right when I received suit probably due to my fluctuations in physical appearance and diet when originally order was placed. I was concerned that when I received the suit it was too close to wedding and that my options would be limited. I was so pleasantly surprised to speak with a live representative who assured me my replacement suit would be shipped out asap. Received it and it fit, and in plenty of time for my brothers wedding. Great customer service and the suit rental worked out better than i could have imagined. You guys really have fine tuned the art of suit/tux rentals.

Everything was pretty easy. I just suggest maybe partnering with companies/shops in major cities, like NYC, to get official measurements. I had to go to Men's Warehouse for that.

Most companies I looked into delivered only 1 week before the event vs Friar doing 2 weeks. With people traveling in it made for plenty of time to fix issues.

It was a little scary at first to order because we have never done this before. But, once my husband got measured at Men's Warehouse, we got on the Friar Tux website and placed the order. Easy to do. We actually had to re-order twice, which was easy to do and we received the clothes needed with a week to spare.

The pants came a week before they were needed. My wife had to call a few times to see what the hold up was. Communication with your customers needs work. We were very nervous that the pants wouldn’t come in time to be altered.
