I like having access to classes but women’s bathroom and indoor pool need infrastructural modifications.
My primary reason for joining the YMCA is that I need exercise and the only exercise I can do is the water aerobics and the chair activities, due to physical limitations. I need to use the pool so I can get my heart rate up to help with COPD. However, the schedule only says open pool and there is no way to know if there will be a lane free when I come. I have run into birthday parties, young people's groups, and just other swimmers. I would be very happy if there were an online capability to look and see how busy the indoor pool is before I get dressed and come over as I have mobility issues. With summer here, the situation is worse. So recommending it would depend entirely on why someone wanted to join. The jury is still out for me.
make improvements at the site. return the bathroom by the pool to it's original form with more than one restroom stall. Offer more included youth and teen activities.
It was a very wonderful experience. The campus was clean, serene and surrounded by trees. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms were very accommodating and very well maintenanced
I think this place is so Dirty and needs upgrades.
Classes for my strength & balance in my later years are very helpful!
Already recommended to several friends & family. Lovely grounds - clean facilities- plenty good fun for whole family. A beautiful healthy place with friendly staff
We've been members for many years and like the exercise equipment, pickleball, and tennis along with convenient location for us.
We’ve been with you for 15 years and will miss our swimming buddies and instructors when we move away. Keep up the great work. Water Aerobics & Joilynn & Karalynn are the best. If it wasn’t for Joilynn being so great, we almost have left before it became a YMCA.
Friendly
We felt welcome and were greeted and helped when we came in. There is so much to do.
Love the equipment, environment, and staff!
Great facility and very good classes. I especially like the Water Class "Splash & Tone". Karalynn is a wonderful instructor.
Conveniently located. Plenty of exercise equipment. I am enjoying the Senior Lift class with Kevin as is my wife. Very friendly staff.
Family friendly. Awesome staff. Caring.
It’s nearly impossible to get into classes with the current system set up. I cannot always watch the clock 7 days before a class and get into a class the minute it opens. if I miss 10 minutes or a day the class and waiting list is full. Eg chair and TRX classes. I’ve been a member of Rollingwood over 20 years and I have never had these issues. You need more classes. Thinking about going elsewhere with more flexibility but I don’t want to!
I have been a member since 1999. Even though I only play tennis, I enjoy the club.
I love the people and community and vibe. It's special. But the obvious deferred maintenance can be off-putting. There have been some cleanliness issues inside as well (work out areas) but that seems to getting better!
My favorite aqua fitness class - aqua zumba on Sundays. The outdoor pool area is nice too.
There's a good amount of senior programming/classes that I really like and they are well attended. Members are welcoming and trainers are great.
Has Tennis and Pickleball facilities.
For the 109th time, there are not enough classes in the early morning for working people. Also, not enough Reformer classes.
Good 'vibe' friendly staff and members, not fancy but has everything needed, good and plentiful group exercise opportunities.
Clean facility and everything someone would want
Friendly staff, good classes, rarely crowded, clean
