Bastian, the personal trainer was professional and I’m impressed with the workout plan he made for me according to my preferences.

The lady at the desk was rude. I believe her name was Mel.

I water walk in the pool , pool is easy assessable for entering and exiting, comfortable temp and appreciate the designated water walking times.

I have renew active and the woman at the desk would not allow me to use it because I am fromout of state. I have had this issue before with your facility when I had Silver Sneakers, but was able to resolve then. I contacted renew active, and they assured me that it should be usable in any state and a big part of the program is that it allows the members to use facilities when they travel.

It is a family friendly center. I feel comfortable exercising in the gym. My kids love the pool. The organized sports are wonderful for my children to enjoy and learn without high pressure.

The location is convenient for my needs. Facility has plenty of parking, is clean, friendly staff, and they maintain all equipment. Showers are always working with plenty of hot water and soap. They have a communal atmosphere among all users and staff. Fresh towels at the desk are a great addition. It really fits my workout schedule.

They offer a big variety of classes. It is hard to decide what classes for me to take. I like the variety because then I am working different muscles. Some days I do what works best for my schedule. The instructors all do a great job. The people are friendly and very positive. I always feel better after going to the Y.

Sarpy is the best for Active Older Adults. Tammy has so many activities for us. Parties, Lunch & Learns, soon to be a Book Club & Line dancing, Walking & Weight training classes 5 silver sneakers classes& 2 chair yoga classes. It's my Home away from home.

Friendly staff and people

Pool chemicals changed and I breakout in a rash. Director said they are using industrial strength Clorox, which is a change from previous vendor. It’s unfortunate, I enjoyed the classes and taking my grandchildren.

1) the lights in the parking lot have been out for almost 1 yr and have not been fixed

2) prices continue to increase, but there is not improvements in facilities, the tv/machines are always broken, the facility is dated and needs updated/expanded (sauna, indoor track, better pool, out door facilities to workout)

3) it’s always dirty, the bathrooms are always out of TP and not clean, the weight room and mirror room always has dirt/hair and dead bugs

it is very close to my daughter's house so good to go when I visit. Participated in a few group exercise classes.I have not used many of the other activities, equipment

Most of the weight equipment is clustered too close together and creates a hazards and/or there’s not enough space for the exercises. If I had another gym closer, I’d likely have left by now

Your facilities really need to be updated! The lockers, showers, and women's restroom are disgusting and I would never go back.
