The facility lacks in classes and they experience a lot of cancelations on the classes, limited instructors and timeframe to attend classes in the parking is bad

Things have gotten a little bit better in the past 6 months and specifically cleaner. It continues to seem as if classes are cancelled very often. Also, there was no communication about closing the parking lot on Friday for the Halloween Parade. Of course the children should have their parade, but a 24 hour heads up about it would have been appropriate.

Older members continually feel unappreciated. You say via emails that you value our Membership, but these statements are not followed with actions. For example, there was no notification sent to members regarding the closing of the back parking lot 10/30 to allow for a pre-school Halloween parade. I can guarantee parents of these children were notified; a simple text to members that the lot would be closed would have taken care of the situation.

We are still using old badminton accessories like the net etc. please get a new one that will help attract more people to join the game

I like your pool; clean, comfortable water temperature, the right size for me. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Always enjoy the water exercise classes. Communication skills need improvement, especially when notifications of changes in scheduled classes happen. Also, woman's locker room and showers need to be cleaned more frequently

The monthly rates don’t match the facility ambiance. Family swim is limited to the weekends for only an hour to an hour and a half. And the family events offered only surround holidays celebrated by those who celebrate those holidays. It’s cliche and dingy.

Convenient hours, friendly helpful staff and a good variety of equipment and programs

In the afternoon the adult locker room is overrun with high schoolers. They are sitting on their phones, taking pictures, and don not belong there. There’s a sign that says 18 and older which does not help without enforcement.

Love Aquasize class instructor, class, lifeguard and facility!

There are so few group ex classes offered these days, and so little space for them.

Swim Facility is great with good coaching staff.
