I was very pleased with the employees who serviced us. For, scheduling, measurements, pickups, and easy returns !

As a parent of the bride, I would like to see a more incentive $ based return policy. Such as, if you return your package within 3 days, no cost. Then each day after that, double the rental cost.

Regardless, your company should have the detail transactional detail, to determine who are your most profitable customers !

The timeline for return sucks. Who’s going to return the suit or tux the day after the event. Not only that they mismeasure and you don’t get your suit for another 2 days but it’s still due the day after the event. When you ask for an extension the manager said it’s $10 a day you’re late to return. The reason because the next person isn’t going to get the suit…how does that make a sense??!

Suit pants had a minor problem the staff found and was fixed quickly. Suit looked great, service all along was outstanding.

Have the return date 2 days later. Not the day after

I was the groom at a wedding, and my suit was missing a pocket square. I had no way of knowing the suit was supposed to include one until I got to the wedding, and I was the only groom missing one. Refunding me $6 for the “cost” of the square did not fix the problem. All of the photos will have to be touched-up/ edited due to the fact that I was the only person in the main bridal group to be missing part of the outfit.
