Great facility!

The staff is great , especially personal trainer Sam, she is awesome and the front desk staff. Sarah the centergy instructor is amazing. But you need longer hours - open at 5:30am on weekdays and at 6 or 6:30am on weekends and stay open later at night, especially on weekends.

Love Lina and Friday aquatics . Everyone very friendly.

The staff are very welcoming. The life guards do a great job. Please add more aqua fit classes to the schedule.

Customer service was excellent! Fellow at the desk was quick, pleasant to deal with and despite being very busy - worked calmly and greeted everyone. Loved that! Also the Stoneybrook location is so nice, fantastic price and all of that together makes me very motivated to address my fitness. Thank you!

Solid gym with a good variety of equipment, well maintained. I wish a machine for calves would be added, and maybe one for obliques (if I didn’t miss them).

It’s expensive … the fee used to be monthly but now it’s bi-weekly

Though I am a volunteer I do not access this facility, I do go to others,(just prefer not to work out around members that see me every day) however what I can say is that Stoney Creek is truly amazing to be a part of, and my absolute choice to volunteer at. They are friendly, accommodating, just so willing to do what ever it takes to make everyone welcome, happy and safe, And the volunteers play a huge roll in this practise. I am a big advocate of Stoney Creek, and constantly talk about it and the people wherever I go.

It is barrier free

It’s a great space. I like the way the workout area is. It’s so bright and it doesn’t feel intimidating as a woman working out. The pool is great although I feel like the larger pool temp could be cooler. I wish there was more lane swim available. And pickle ball. Could we get pickle ball for those who are working? But I just love the space and it’s a great place for the family.

Great group fitness instructors

The Stoney creek ymca is a great place to be at, there’s good equipment in the gym. It’s a nice pool, and their gym activities are great. Why my rating is low is because of the price. It is quite expensive for the average gym in the the area which is the only complaint I could mention. Other than that, it’s a great gym.

I love the variety of classes offered. Different options for classes that meet your schedule. Friendly and knowledgeable stafff.
Personal training is available, some come with membership and additional ones for a reasonable fee. Washroom/change rooms are always well maintained. Weight room is well equipped with the walking track nearby.
