The change room are so gross. wet dust bunnies in corner, hair around the toilets. The gym it self was ok aside from the young kids being loud and playing with equipment.

Always warmly greeted at the front door. The building is very clean and very well lit. I love all the natural light. The staff are always courteous, professional, and willing to help.

Adult change room services have been steadily reduced. Towel service gone, tv service gone, steam room constantly broken down and under repair.

some maintenance is needed in the men's locker room, where the YMCA card is used to lock and remove keys. The majority of the lockers have broken locks, missing keys, or otherwise un-usable. It can also be difficult to access some equipment that is limited in quantity when busy, or broken: eg. leg extension machine, leg curl machine, cable machines, smith machine

there is a very noticeable difference between the cooler air between the addition and the original area. The original area is warner and feels quite humid after going between the areas..

Helpful staff Excellent facilities

I only use the pool, there are lots of times for lane swimming & Aquafit classes. I like the fact that during lane swimming there are 2 lanes available for leisure swimming. If the lanes are busy I do my own water exercises in the leisure lanes.

Sure. I am really enjoying aquafit classes. Would be nice t have teachers schedule online and to know when they substitute each other. I really need to know who is the teacher because I only need high intense workouts. Since aquafit classes are not divided by intensity which will be also great, it would be nice to know who if the teacher for the day and time.

Great staff . Price is great for 10 swim passes.. comparable to City of London price. Y price is a day pass not just for one swimming segment like the public pools do.

there is a real problem with people SITTING on the machines and no one is telling them to get off or work in with other people. It's impossible.

Include more activities

The breaks between fitness classes is too long and I don’t appreciate having to line up for a class sign up when I have already joined the Y.

The facility is great as are the staff however there is a lot of room for improvement in the cleanliness of the facility.

I really enjoy the pool, but I would suggest reconsidering the hours, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. The pool closes around 5 PM on Friday and closed at all on Thursday in the evening,which makes it difficult for people who work during the day to use it. It would be great to have some later hours on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays for those who work during the week.

First, the constant survey requests are annoying. But my main complaint is the hours aren't as good as they use to be I work almost the same hours you are open so I dont get to go except the weekends. And its way too packed on the weekends. Too many people taking too long setting up their cameras instead of working out. Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. Hours aren't long enough.

Plenty of free parking, friendly staff, clean facilities. It’s just a wonderful place to go, meet people and get fit.

The location of the Y is easy to walk to. The building is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and polite.

I really like the mix of people & children and how helpful staff are. Unfortunately I haven’t gone for a number of months call my time & energy went into all the steps of selling a home & moving. I happily stopped in last week & went upstairs to get a wiff of all things possible in getting back.

Use of cell phones in the weight rooms results in members sitting at machines texting or surfing

In the last few weeks: the lifeguard opened the pool 6 minutes late; the showers are either too hot or too cold; several lockers don’t work anymore; the handicap showers is not working properly. It seems things are falling into disrepair.
